Binding Agreement

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding contract between you (the player) and quickbet. Continued use of the platform after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Single Account Policy

Each player may hold only one registered account on quickbet. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Account Responsibility

Taka-Denominated

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on quickbet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Minimum deposit is ৳200. All financial transactions are subject to the terms described in the Deposits & Withdrawals section below.

Fraud Prevention

quickbet employs active fraud monitoring across all accounts and transactions. Any attempt to exploit technical errors, manipulate outcomes, or engage in fraudulent payment activity will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of funds.

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of quickbet is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

You must be at least 18 years of age. quickbet operates a strict 18+ only policy with no exceptions.
You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
You must not be acting on behalf of another person, business entity, or third party when registering or placing wagers.

quickbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. This includes — but is not limited to — a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driver's licence. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended, and any pending withdrawals will be withheld until verification is resolved.

18+ Age Enforcement: Allowing a minor to access your quickbet account is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. quickbet will permanently close any account found to have been accessed by a person under the age of 18 and will forfeit any balance held in that account.

Players from Bangladesh must note that they bear sole personal responsibility for ensuring that their use of quickbet complies with their local laws and regulations. quickbet provides its services in good faith and cannot be held responsible for a player's breach of local law.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of quickbet's betting and casino services, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Bangladeshi mobile number. You must keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your account.

Registration Requirements

Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You must create a strong, unique password and must not share your login credentials with any other person.
Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other party.
quickbet reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

quickbet operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, or if the platform identifies unusual account activity, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

A copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence).
Proof of your registered mobile number (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad profile showing your name and number).
Proof of address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill or bank statement issued in Bangladesh.
Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by quickbet may result in account suspension and the withholding of any balance until verification is completed. KYC checks are a standard industry requirement and are conducted to protect both the player and the integrity of the platform.

Account Closure: You may request the closure of your quickbet account at any time by contacting the support team at support@quickbet. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be refunded to your registered payment method, provided all KYC and verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding compliance holds on the account.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on quickbet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). quickbet supports a range of payment methods popular among Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day depending on the payment method used.
Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your quickbet account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to process depending on the issuing bank.
quickbet does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your bKash, Nagad, or bank account terms for details.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
quickbet reserves the right to return a deposit and request an alternative payment method if the deposited funds cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering best practices.
Under normal operating conditions, bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.
Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Any account with an outstanding verification hold will have its withdrawal requests queued until the hold is lifted.
quickbet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 within any 30-day period.
Any withdrawal requested in connection with a bonus offer is subject to the wagering requirements described in the Bonus & Promotions section of these Terms & Conditions.

            Anti-Money Laundering: quickbet is committed to preventing money laundering and the funding of prohibited activities. All transactions are monitored. Where suspicious activity is detected, quickbet may freeze the relevant account, withhold funds, and report the activity to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law. Players must not use quickbet for any purpose other than genuine personal entertainment betting.
          

Section 5

Bonus & Promotions

quickbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is active, which supplement and must be read alongside these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotional terms shall take precedence for the specific offer in question.

General Bonus Rules

Bonuses are awarded at quickbet's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or replaced at any time without prior notice.
Each bonus offer is intended for use by one individual player on one account. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The standard wagering requirement is stated on the individual promotion page and must be completed within the specified validity window.
Wagering requirements must be met using the player's own deposited funds and/or bonus funds as specified. Certain game types — including some live casino games and sports betting markets with very low odds — may not contribute to wagering requirements or may contribute at a reduced rate.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from bonus funds (after wagering requirements are met) are eligible for withdrawal, subject to any stated maximum withdrawal cap.
quickbet reserves the right to void bonus winnings and suspend accounts where it suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.

Seasonal and Event Promotions

quickbet periodically offers promotions tied to specific sporting events or cultural occasions, including BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), and other events of relevance to players in Bangladesh. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms. Players are encouraged to check the quickbet promotions page regularly and to review the applicable terms before opting in to any offer.

Responsible Bonus Use: quickbet encourages all players to engage with bonus offers responsibly. Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the quickbet platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and may result in legal action where applicable law permits.

Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonus awards or circumventing account-level restrictions.
Third-Party Deposits: Depositing funds originating from a payment method not registered in the account holder's own name.

Match Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets using information not available to the general public, or in connection with any arrangement to fix or influence the outcome of a sporting event.
Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written consent from quickbet.
Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's software to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided.
Money Laundering: Using quickbet to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine personal entertainment betting.
Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider in relation to a legitimate quickbet deposit. quickbet will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and reserves the right to recover funds through legal means.
Harassment: Using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive language toward quickbet staff or other players through any communication channel.

Consequence of Prohibited Conduct: quickbet takes breaches of these conduct rules extremely seriously. Where prohibited conduct is identified, the platform will suspend the account without prior notice, freeze all funds pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where legally required. quickbet reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Section 7

Responsible Gaming

Available Responsible Gaming Tools

Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately upon being set. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period of no less than 24 hours.
Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum duration for a continuous play session. Upon reaching the session limit, the player will be automatically logged out of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, quickbet and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible losses.

In particular, quickbet shall not be liable for:

Any loss suffered as a result of server downtime, network outages, or technical failures beyond the platform's reasonable control, including but not limited to interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or force majeure events.
Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
Any delay in the settlement of bets or processing of withdrawals caused by circumstances outside quickbet's direct control, including payment provider processing times.
Any decision made by quickbet to suspend, restrict, or close an account in accordance with these Terms & Conditions or as required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.
The accuracy or completeness of any odds, statistics, or sporting data displayed on the platform. While quickbet endeavours to ensure accuracy, errors may occur and the platform accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of such information.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which quickbet is registered. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the quickbet support team should be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism available under the platform's operating jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the quickbet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and quickbet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
